Q: Where do I begin?

Q: Do you only do in-person training or do you also do virtual training?

​

A: I do both! All of my services are offered either in-person or via video. Visit the training options page to learn more.

Q: What is the parking like at your location?

​

A: There is 1 off-street parking spot behind the building as well as 2-hour parking along Somerville Ave.

Q: Are you on social media?

​

A: No. But I write the occasional article with health and fitness tips on my coaching site, and I send out the occasional newsletter, which you can sign up for at the bottom of this page (I promise I won't spam you or inundate your already inundated inbox!)

Q: I don't consider myself an athletic person and haven't trained in a gym before, can I still work with you?

​

A: Absolutely! I train all ability levels and ages. I will meet you where you are and help guide you where you want to go.

Q: Do you train athletes?

​

A: I certainly do! I currently train or have trained snow sports athletes (alpine and nordic skiers, snowboarders), field & court athletes (basketball, soccer, tennis) dancers, gymnasts, endurance athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes), and many more. I take pride in my ability to break down the movement and conditioning requirements for any athletic endeavor and put together a program for it. Simply put, I can train anyone for anything.
