Recommended Reading

The following list is a selection of books that I have read and recommend, in no particular order. I have tried to include books on this list that incorporate the latest scientific research in their areas without being overly technical or "textbookish." Topics include human physiology, neuroscience, psychology and mental performance, philosophy, and beyond.

All of these books have helped shape my understanding of health and human performance, and all contain a set of principles that I have tried to incorporate into my own training. I hope you find them as useful as I have.
