Stategy Session

Initial Strategy Session

This is the 1st step in the training process at Connect Health and Performance. Consider it a "get-to-know-each-other" session.

 

In this 75-minute session, we will:

  • Review your application in more detail (i.e. talk all about YOU!)

  • Do a few quick evaluations to give me a better idea of your movement strategies and how best to begin your program

  • Go through a few foundational concepts and exercises

  • Depending on time, go through a quick sample exercise circuit

Pricing: $175 for a 75-minute session

1-on-1

1-on-1 Training

All new clients begin here. The 1-on-1 setting ensures each client receives the attention and focus they need to see the results they want in an optimal learning environment.

What is it?

  • 1 coach, 1 client

  • 100% attention focused on you​

Who is it for?

  • Those looking for personal accountability

  • Anyone looking to improve specific skills

  • Anyone looking for exercise technique consultation

  • Those who prefer the privacy of a 1-on-1 setting

What's included?

  • Guidance, exercises and progressions specifically tailored to your goals and needs

  • Exercise demonstration and personalized coaching

  • Progress tracking over time

Plans & Pricing

Monthly plans:

 

  • 1-on-1 2x/week plan (two 60-minute sessions per week): $900/mo ($112.50 per session value)

  • 1-on-1 3x/week plan (three 60-minute sessions per week): $1300/mo ($108.33 per session value)

Individual sessions:

 

  • 60-minutes: $149

Program PLUS

What is it?

  • A program written for you that you perform on your own PLUS periodic 1-on-1 check-in sessions.

Who is it for?

  • Those who are motivated to exercise on their own but would still like coaching feedback.

  • Those who are looking for a routine but aren't quite sure about how to structure their workouts.

  • Anyone looking to outsource their program writing.

What's included?

All Program PLUS plans include:

  • Program written specifically for you

  • Customized program in shared doc to track progress

  • Links to exercise video demos

  • Shared folder to upload videos for analysis

Plans & Pricing

Program PLUS 1 (1 60-minute check-in per month): $315/mo

Program PLUS 2 (2 60-minute check-ins per month): $450/mo

Program PLUS 4 (4 60-minute check-ins per month): $680/mo

Hybrid

Small Group Training

What is it?

  • Live training with a group of really cool people who are all looking to improve their health and performance

  • Group size is limited to up to 5 people to ensure quality coaching and attention with the support of a group setting

Who is it for?

  • People who enjoy exercising in a group setting but still want personalized attention and coaching

  • Anyone who enjoys the accountability and community provided by group training

  • Those with a variable schedule looking for flexibility--sign up for any of the classes on the schedule

  • Those with a predictable schedule looking for routine--sign up for classes up to 1 month in advance

What's included?

  • 2x or 3x/week program (depending on which plan you sign up for)

  • Customized program in printable shared doc to track progress

  • 2x/week plan: At least 8 classes per month (sometimes 9, based on when your plan begins each month)

  • 3x/week plan: At least 12 classes per month (sometimes 13, based on when your plan begins each month)

  • Self-motivated individuals who already exercise on their own but would like a structured routine to follow.

  • Anyone looking to outsource their program writing.

What's included?

  • 2-5x/week program

  • Customized program in printable shared doc to track progress

  • Links to exercise video demos

  • Shared folder to upload videos for technique review and analysis

  • One 60-minute check-in per 3-month plan

Plans & Pricing

3 month plan: $199 per month (3-month commitment) —OR— $549 up-front payment
